Sharon is a Doctor of Ministry and holds a Master of Arts degree in Theology: Pastoral Ministry and Spirituality, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She completed a four-year training program in Couple, Family, and Sex Therapy at the Penn Council for Relationships at the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to being a Board Certified Diplomat and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Sharon is licensed as a Marriage/Family Therapist in New Jersey, a certified clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and an Accredited Professional Mediator.
Sharon regularly intervenes at trauma situations impacting the workplace. She is also a volunteer for the Red Cross in both the Disaster Mental Health and Spiritual Care teams in Southeaster PA.
